What is Cold Weather Priority?
Cold Weather Priority is our free service designed to prioritise heating oil deliveries for those most at risk during freezing conditions. If you’re over 75 or have a medical condition that makes you more vulnerable to the cold, you qualify for this service.
We’re proud to offer this initiative in partnership with the UK & Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA). Every year in the UK, cold-related illnesses contribute to around 400,000 avoidable deaths — we’re committed to reducing this number and ensuring that people across Devon and Cornwall stay safe and warm, whatever the weather.

How does it work?
When extreme cold weather is on the way, we keep a close eye on the forecast and prioritise deliveries for our Cold Weather Priority customers to keep them safe and warm. Our dedicated team works hard to ensure your heating oil arrives quickly and efficiently, even in tough conditions. With a 99.6% on-time delivery rate, you can count on us to keep your home warm.
And, if the worst of the winter weather hits, don’t worry — our 4×4 Ford Rangers are on standby, ready to make emergency heating oil deliveries when other vehicles can’t get through.
