We know busy lives mean menial tasks such as checking oil tank levels often get overlooked, so we’ve created CosyConnect to remove the worry of running low or out of oil ever again.
With our smart remote tank monitors, CosyConnect and TankPal, you can step in from the cold knowing that your farmhouse will be warm and your machinery will stay fuelled, no matter the season.
Proactive tank monitoring
- Detect sudden losses of heating oil or diesel. Helping you spot leaks (which can be environmentally damaging) or potential fuel theft.
- automated refuelling. Eliminating emergency last-minute orders.
- Identify water contamination in your oil or fuel tanks – a leading cause of tank sludge and engine damage. If water is detected you can then:
- Top up your tank or use fuel additives to maintain quality.
- Drain and clean the tank to remove excess water.
- Use a fuel sponge to safely absorb and remove water from your heating oil tank.
Smart fuel management
- Avoid costly downtime by ensuring you never run out of red diesel (gas oil), road diesel (white diesel), or HVO.
- Set up automatic reordering for heating oil (kerosene), red diesel, or other farm fuels, so you get deliveries exactly when you need them. We recommend topping up when your tank hits one-third full.
- Improve stock management, with real-time tank level updates across multiple sites, refreshed four times daily.
- Ensure second homes, holiday lets, or farm properties are never short on oil, removing the need for a caretaker or farmhand to check tanks.

How much does it cost?
CosyConnect for farmhouses and other properties is £7.95 per month per tank, with a 3-year supply agreement. Plus, signing up to CosyConnect automatically makes you a member of Cosy Heating Club, giving you perks such as entry into a quarterly draw to win 500 litres of heating oil and other great benefits.
TankPal is available from £155 per tank, with a monitoring and portal charge of just £3.95 per month on an annual contract.

If you order today, your tank monitor can be installed within two weeks. Suitable for tanks up to 3.6m deep, with custom probes available for deeper tanks upon request.
