Even better, you can set it up to automatically reorder your heating oil when it drops to a level agreed by you, meaning you’ll never have to worry about running out. CosyConnect also alerts you to potential issues like leaks or water contamination, helping to prevent costly damage to your heating system and the environment.
Instead of paying big lump sums, you can spread your heating oil costs over the year with simple monthly Direct Debits. Plus, as a member, you’ll get extra perks like discounts on new oil tanks, a free tank sponge, lower boiler servicing costs, and even a chance to win 500 litres of heating oil every quarter!

With a battery life of 15–20 years and the ability to monitor multiple tanks — perfect for second homes or elderly relatives — CosyConnect is the easiest way to stay warm without stress.

We supply heating oil across Devon and Cornwall. If you’re outside these areas, contact us to discuss alternative delivery options.
You don’t have to be in, but please ensure our drivers can access your tank by providing any necessary details when you place your order, such as tank location or security access codes.
If our driver is unable to access your property or tank, a failed delivery charge may apply.
Standard delivery is within 10 working days (Monday–Friday), though faster delivery options are available upon request.
Our standard tankers have hoses that reach approximately 45 metres (150 feet), allowing us to deliver heating oil even if your tank isn’t directly accessible from the roadside.
If you run out of oil, call us on 01837 55700 and we’ll arrange a delivery as soon as possible. If it’s outside our working hours (Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 12.30 pm), simply leave a message and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
To avoid running out in the future, consider using CosyConnect, our remote tank monitoring system that ensures you’re always topped up automatically.
For bulk deliveries, the minimum order is 500 litres. However, if you join our Cosy Heating Club, your minimum order drops to just 300 litres.
