One way in which we can help you to achieve this is by offsetting your fuel carbon emissions!

What is carbon offsetting?

Carbon Offsetting is the process where an individual or a business offsets their carbon emissions by funding CO2 reduction projects. These can include ecosystem restoration, renewable energy programs and other green initiatives that help reduce carbon emissions around the world.

Moorland Fuels purchases Voluntary Carbon Units (VCUs) for our customers which reflects the fuel’s associated carbon emissions.

We only work with well-establish and experienced Carbon Project developers that are all verified by external and leading global Carbon Offset verification organizations.

How does it work?

Next time you order your fuel, let our team know that you want to offset your carbon.

We deliver your fuel as normal and purchase the equivalent VCUs to offset your fuel.

After your fuel has been delivered, you will receive a message which explains how much Carbon you have helped offset and we will give you more information on the carbon reduction projects your investment has helped to fund.
